Yeah they were all yellow

This pic was shot when i had gone to Nandi hills with the Missus and her friends. Also i must admit that it was my first trip to Nandi hills. Yes I have been in Bangalore for five years and i have never been to Nandi Hills. Quite Shameful!! I know. The trip was a lot of fun. I clicked a lot of photos. As always most of them turned out to be slightly over-exposed. A few of them came out pretty decent. The following is one of them.

The Temple lamp

This temple lamp was shot when i traveled to Kottayam for the wedding of  one of the missus’ cousin.This was shot just after a ritual in which the bridegroom has to visit the nearby temple. (One of the numerous rituals that is followed in a Tamil-Brahmin Wedding.)

Settings: I dont recollect the settings used to shoot this pic. Will start providing the settings from the next post onwards. The only info which i could provide now is that these have been shot using a D90 with the 18-55mm VR lens.

Post Processing: Fuzzy Border using GIMP.

And yes this is the first photo which carries my signature.
